Exercising with Crap for Fuel

Hey guys!  I hope you’re all doing well.  I’m just popping in to log a workout.  I want to talk more in depth about how fitness after baby is going but today is not that day.  However, here’s a peek at my current plan that started as of today


and here’s today!


Impressive right? Sarcastic smile  So let me decipher Wednesday for you.

At least I keep it real with myself right?  Anyways, that works out to Hard Body 45 minute workout; accomplished 1/2 the workout because I didn’t fuel right and had a bunch of crap today. 

Confession:  When I’m tired, I do stupid things.  Here’s some examples from today (my day off I might add):

  • I woke up at 0300 this morning in the baby’s rocking chair with a passed out baby in my lap.  I don’t remember how I got there.
  • I got up to pump at 0500 and had a slice of toast after with some water.
  • Got up at 0700. Fed baby and dogs.  Played with baby while I had a cup of coffee.
  • 0900 – another slice of toast and some water
  • 1100 – a banana, a slice of toast and caramel popcorn
  • 1145 – Work Out:  45 min workout with Jillian Michaels DVD

Soooooo yeah, I had nothing but crap today which lead to me being really dizzy about 25 mins into the workout.  So I turned it off and told myself I’d do better next time.  Again, I’ll talk more about what and how I’m doing at a later time.  Right now I should probably go make myself something loaded up with veggies and protein for lunch.  I’m thinking this roasted tomato omelet with spinach and feta added.  Have a great day!
