9 February – Back on the bandwagon with a 3 mile walk and short strength circuit

11 February – 4 miles untimed; it was one of those “just keep running, just keep running” days

12 Feb – 22 Feb :  I don’t know what I would have done without Mocha to get me out the door.  I’ve been so busy that all I want to do is collapse.  Time to get it together!  I have been dealing with Sesamoiditis but that’s no excuse not to do some crosstraining 😦  At least I’ve had lots of long dog walks . . .
