Get It Together Team!

Hey all!  How’s your day going?  Mine is juuuust fine.  Today was the Week 4 Exhaustion test for the 100 Push Ups Challenge.  Here it is in all it’s glory. You may want to turn your volume down a bit.  For some reason this one filmed really loud.

Open-mouthed smile So I did much better than I thought I was going to do and I’m pretty proud of that.  However, I need to be the first to talk about something that’s bothering me a little bit.  Mom. Dad.  I realize this might not be something that you’d like me to talk about on such a public forum either, so I’m sorry ahead of time.  Oh and Dad?  I do know this is all Mom’s fault anyway.  I get it from her side.

Dear Booty,

The arms and I were chatting today and we feel that you are not being a team player with these push ups.  We keep trying to keep our form perfect but you keep trying to jump up and hog the spotlight while doing your own push ups.  The last exhaustion test is in two weeks and we need you to stop thinking about yourself and pull your own weight as a member of this team.  Please calm down back there and stay with us next time.  That is all.

Love,

Sylvia, The Bis and The Tris

Yeah . . . we’re going to try to get it together as a team for this next and last video.  I wouldn’t want all of the arms’ hard work go to waste.

Have a great day all!

  1. That’s great! I have my exhaustion test coming up after 2 more workouts and I’m terrified. Gulp.
And I’d like to send a message to my back:

stop sagging. It’s not nice and it makes my butt stick up.
    xoxo, Kat.

  2. You still haven’t changed. 🙂 I’m glad to see you’re doing those… it’s funny cause I just decided to start the 200 squats challenge. That one is *KILLER* but I figure it will help my run times and my weak knees. Congratulations!

  3. Hi there, thanks for reading and commenting on my site today! Pushups are no joke, my trainer made me do some today and my arms feel like jello right now!
